I genuinely want to help. Life is tough enough at times to go thru it feeling pain, discomfort, or an unbalance. I personally have been on a healing journey to dissolve my own traumas,fears,and suffering and a weight has lifted and the path of self care has been instrumental to my inner healing. Showing up one moment at a time to choose the perspective I desire and get the results in life I want and need. I do this first and foremost for myself and my family and then to be a better aid for those seeking help on their own journey. It takes a village and having the right people in your corner is the difference between how hard or easy it may be. I have been working on people for over 30 yers. After a long break I went back to school to acquire a therapist standing in Oregon and began practicing working in many types of massage settings. From Spa environments to rehabilitation and chiropractic settings, I have worked with a wide range of population to gain results. My main goal is to meet the client where they are along their own healing path and assist to get them to where they want to be.
